Cliff Pets 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe your pet’s space should feel just right, and you should both love it! That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. If your order isn’t what you expected, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns
You may return any item in new, resellable condition with no damage. Please send us a video of the product and the original packaging when initiating your return. Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected and is confirmed to be in unused condition, your refund will be processed.

Exchanges
You can exchange products within 30 days of delivery for a flat-fee of $39 CAD on your first exchange. Any subsequent exchanges have a flat-fee of $79 CAD. Our team will coordinate the exchange with you. If the new item is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference. If it costs more, we’ll charge the difference when arranging the exchange.

Please note that we cannot offer flat-fee exchanges outside of Canada, but feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate.

Warranty
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Our one-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Send us photos or videos of the item, and we’ll work to resolve the issue, whether through repairs or a replacement.

This warranty does not apply to damage inflicted by pets (scratching, chewing, etc.) or caused by misuse or neglect. 

Custom Orders
We take pride in crafting quality products, but we do not offer customization or additional colors beyond what’s available in our collection. If you have questions about color or style, reach out, and we’d be happy to assist.

Post-Delivery Damage
Accidents happen! While damage after delivery isn’t covered under our warranty, we’re always happy to provide tips on cleaning, care, and possible repairs. Feel free to contact us for advice.
